This allows immediate help with the majority of subjects that arise. If you are unable to find an answer to your question or problem then you can contact us and we shall reply at the earliest opportunity. We aim to respond to all submissions within 2 working days although this may take longer during busy periods.
We are a wholesaler and we sell our products to retailers for resale to the general public. To purchase our products you must hold a trade account with us.
You will need to complete a Trade Application Form and return this to us in order to open a trade account with us. Once we have received the completed Trade Application Form and verified your details we will open an account for you, subject to status. You shall then be able to order our products.
We understand that providing trade references may be difficult, particularly for new businesses. Please provide as much information as you can as this may effect your credit limit when we open your trade account.

No. We have designed our ordering system to be as flexible as possible and we allow all stock products to be ordered in any quantity from single items up to multiple boxes.
No. However, for small orders we cannot guarantee delivery on the following day. In such cases there may be a slight delay until we can organise delivery.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO addresses.
Orders received before 4.30pm will be dispatched the following day, subject to stock and account status. Every attempt will be made to dispatch later orders on the following day although this may not always be possible. However, most deliveries will be made on the day following order. This may vary subject to destination and size of order. If you require delivery for a later date and would like us to delay dispatch then please let us know at the time of order and we shall hold the order back to your desired date.
