The main duties will be daily management of trade credit to ensure the timely collection of overdue accounts, allocate cash, put accounts on hold, handle external account queries, credit check new clients and carry out some general administrative duties. The candidate will able to demonstrate credit control experience.
The ability to work in a small team is essential along with excellent communication skills and computer literacy. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel would be an advantage. Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5 Company offers competitive salary & pension.
The role will involve dealing with the purchase ledger process, ensuring that all invoices are processed efficiently to company standard and within monthly deadlines, processing a high volume of invoices per month onto the bespoke accounting system, checking rates for materials, query resolution and general administration duties as required.
